Best location on the bank of the Zambezi River with beautiful sunsets. Best pizzas and very friendly staff .

Our hotel in Livingstone
The location and ambience is perfect. The breakfast is okay and according to standard. The best place is here the location Riverside and the atmosphere, as many people gather there in rest and bar. The Riverside rooms also nice
The only nuisance are the monkeys stealing the food during the breakfast. I am not sure what could be done for this though.

What was the highlight of The Victoria Falls Waterfront
Restful, beautiful sunset views and great communual vibe.
On the banks of the mighty Zambesi afross a large Island. Great proximity not too far out from the town and falls. Great breakfast and pizza and the most beautiful sunset cruise, although expensive for an African, it was really fabulous. The meals include the waiter's tip. Try the chocolate Gateau! Stayed in lovely clean room in the adventure village. One can also walk next door to David Livingstone lodge and spend some time there as well.
There is a lot of air traffic from early morning and that keeps the birds and animals away. If you are looking for a time of solitude then this is probably not the ideal space, but it still is very nice. The lodge is not for self catering. A real pity that one cannot braai/barbeque there The drinks and meals are expensive for African families. Some of the low cost but good wines from South Africa ($3) costs almost $20 in Zambia.
