Family visit 24 December 2023 to 2 January 2024
The location was excellent. The staff were always friendly and their service was great. No request was impossible. The food was outstanding and the entertainment for New Years eve was lively and we thoroughly enyoyed the evening.
A bit of a problem with enough towels and toiletpaper for the one family room of 4 but otherwise no problem

What was the highlight of The Victoria Falls Waterfront
My stay at the Waterfront was value for money.
The staff was very friendly, the view from the restaurant was the Zambezi River which was amazing, the location was close to all our activities and the room was always clean.
The sizes of the room was smaller than expected, there was no TV in the room and we were only informed afterwards that we could have booked a room with a TV for a bit more money. The room was far from the restaurant with no view as depicted on the pictures.
